Delivery Information

United Kingdom

We offer a FREE delivery service for the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland (excluding some remote areas of Scotland). This service has a 9am-5pm delivery slot. A member of our sales team will contact you before delivery to arrange a suitable date, tracking details will also be emailed over to you on the working day before despatch. The standard delivery time for one of our rugs is approximately 7-14 days.

A before 12pm service is also available to limited areas of the country only. We will be able to advise if this service is possible when we contact you to arrange delivery, a fee of £20 will be payable for this service.

For deliveries anywhere else within Great Britain, the following charges apply;
£20 - Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly
£30 - Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and remote area's of the mainland.

Please make sure that all deliveries are signed as being not checked. This will insure you against any damages that have occurred during transit. If an item is signed for in good condition but has been damaged, then we may not be able to claim any compensation from our courier and we may not be able to replace your rug.

International Deliveries

All international deliveries are undertaken by our couriers DHL. Delivery charges vary depending on the destination, size and weight of the item being ordered. To get a price for any item simply add the rug to your cart, then select your country in the destination section of the cart page and the website will show all the available delivery options and charges. All rugs being despatched abroad will be sent as soon as they are available (normally within 7-14 days) and tracking details will be supplied on despatch.

If your country is not listed in the drop down menu then please contact our sales team via email, salesteam@funkyrugs.co.uk, stating the rug(s) you are intrested in and the delivery location. A quote for delivery will then be emailed over to you.

Returns Policy

All standard size rugs are covered by our return's policy, unless stated in the rug description. On receipt of your order, you have seven days to notify us that you would like to return your rug. There is a fee of £25 per item to return your rug, which covers the courier charge and repackaging expenses incurred during the process of returning and reselling an item.

All returned items must be collected by our courier DHL, collection is after 12pm, Monday-Friday. You will be able to specify which day collection happens. If there is a missed collection, then we hold the right to charge an additional fee for any expense caused in arranging for an additional collection attempt.

All custom orders, and items that are specified as being non-returnable in the item description are exempt from this returns policy. Please be aware of this before placing any order for a bespoke or non-returnable product.
