Making a purchase

For an ease free purchase simply browse our online catalogue, click on item’s required and those goods will be placed into your shopping cart. When you have finished choosing your selection click on the checkout icon where your total bill, including any extra’s will be listed and calculated. You will then be asked to fill in your personal details and you will be sent an order confirmation via email.

Orders not in stock

In the unlikely event that your order is out of stock, you will either be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel or change the item. We will endeavour to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible, but please bear in mind that by the nature of this product certain ranges can take up to 6-10 weeks to re-stock.

Damages and Errors in delivery

All damages or order errors must be reported on delivery of goods. If in the event goods cannot be checked upon delivery sign for goods as unchecked. In the unlikely event that this occurs please contact Funky Rugs immediately. You are entitled to either an exchange or full refund. Refunds will be made within 5 working days.

Cancellations, Returns and Faults

You have fourteen days only from receipt of goods in which to inform us of returns for any reason, including faults. This must be done by email, within this period. This is to ensure you have proof that you were within our seven day returns policy, if there is any quires at a later date. Customers have a 14 day cooling off' period from the day they receive goods, in which time you should notify us that you wish to cancel your contract with us for and a FULL refund will be given minus any original delivery charges - a £25 pickup fee will be deducted from your order.

The cost of returning goods other than faulty or errors will be paid for by the customer, this costs £25 per rug, per pickup attempt. All returns must be packaged as received and product as new or a full refund will not be given. We will arrange collection. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after goods have been returned to us.

Please note - Any order sent outside of the UK mainland, all clearance rugs, special orders, custom rugs which are specially made to size or colour are non returnable as they are made specifically for you. If you are not willing to adhere our terms and conditions please do not buy from us. As all of our rugs are hand crafted sizes may vary up to 5% either way. Please be aware of this before placing your order.

Credit Card Security

We use Worldpay for the processing of all credit and debit card payments. They take responsibility for capturing and storing card details on their secure servers using 128 bit secure sockets layer technology and always ensure that this information is held with the very high levels of security you would expect from a major financial services company.

Colour and Images

Due to the nature of monitor set up, colours may vary slightly. Every effort has been made to reflect the true colours of the rugs. There may be slight variants in size and colour in handmade goods.

Complaints

It is Funky Rugs policy to provide the highest level of service to our customers. If you have a complaint please direct it to the Sales Manager. We will contact you within 5 days with a response.

Remittance Terms

Payment in full is required before any goods are despatched. All invoices include VAT at the standard rate and delivery.

Confidentiality

Customer details are strictly confidential and are protected within the current Data Protection Act. Funky Rugs will not disclose any information provided to third parties. click here for full information on our privacy policy.
